Property Description

This 18th century Savoyard farmhouse has been fully refurbished to retain all of its original features - slate floors, ancient beams, open log fire, rustic walls, and spacious rooms. A luxury chalet with an atmosphere all of its own. Standing beneath the beams of this historic building you will be taken back by the level of comfort, space and luxury on offer.

This luxury farmhouse chalet is located in a quiet back road but is just an easy 4 minute walk to the centrally located Super Morzine cable car giving easy access to the heart of the Portes-du-Soleil region. The Pleney is a further few minutes' walk or just hop on the 'Petit Train' to be taken round to the alternative lifts. We also offer a minibus service to take you and pick you up from the lifts, saving you the need to walk anywhere.

On the ground floor the chalet has a 17m open plan lounge & dining area leading through to the television area.  Heading up the impressive stair case you are greeted by a substantial landing & seating area and 5 of the bedrooms

  1. Bedroom 1 is a spacious family room easily sleeping 4 adults with an ensuite shower.
  2. Bedroom 2 is an elegent double or twin with ensuite shower.
  3. Bedroom 3 is a beautifully decorated double with ensuite shower.
  4. Bedroom 4 is a large triple with ensuite shower.
  5. Bedroom 5 is a grand triple with ensuite bathroom.

 

The landing also has a sauna and access to the hot-tub at the rear of the property. The landing is finished with a further flight of stairs leading up to Bedroom 6 - The Snug, a stunning double or twin room with ensuite shower

Deposit Details

£150 deposit per person to secure the booking with the balance being due 10 weeks before arrival date
