Property Description

Chalet Titania is located just across from the Folyeres blue piste returning to La Tania - it's not quite ski-in/ski-out as you have to walk across the road but it's very close.  Nestling in the forest, just a few minutes walk from the village, the chalet also has easy access into the village centre for nightlife and shopping and is close to the village centre for that apres-ski drink.

Chalet Titania has a spacious, open plan living area with the ambience of a traditionally built log-cabin to give a homely feel around the welcoming fireplace.  There's plenty of room to sit and relax at afternoon tea time or you could make use of the outside hot-tub facility with it's bubbles and jets to soothe away the aches and pains of a hard day's skiing

The chalet bedrooms are all twin rooms and all have en-suite facilities with shower, WC and washbasin - two of the rooms also have a bath.  Attached to one of the twin bedrooms, the chalet also has a family annexe which shares the bathroom facilities of the main room and has four single beds and a cot - this suite is ideal for families and the annexe room is offered at reduced child prices.  There are no surcharges if the annexe room is not fully occupied - it just gives us the flexibility to cope with families with more than two children minimum occupancy is 2 adults, 2 kids.  This suite is also good for groups of families with several children as it could accommodate 6 kids in total in a den for them all to be together .... while the parents enjoy the solitude of the other twin rooms.

The chalet accommodation is arranged over three floors

What is included

• Twin en-suite room, based on two people sharing
• 7 days breakfast including a full English breakfast every day except staff day off, with genuine products brought from the UK such as Heinz baked beans, breakfast sausages and back bacon OR a fantastic healthy option with a range of natural yoghurts, fruit salad, muesli, dried fruits and compotes in addition to the standard bread, cereals, jams and spreads, eggs and porridge.

Discounts and Supplements

• Single supplement twin room - 50% of the per person price - only available in certain weeks
• Full chalet price is for exclusive use of the chalet for 14 people or less - there are no discounts for under occupancy if you wish to have exclusive use.  If you wish to use the additional child beds in the annexe room this will be charged at a supplement
• Travel to the resort is not included - a shared transfer service available from Chambery or Geneva airports direct to the chalet
• Local tourist taxes taxe de sejour - approx 6 euros per adult per week will be added to your booking to cover the tourist tax levied by the French Government

Deposit Details

GBP 100 non-returnable deposit per person for room bookings or GBP 1400 for the full chalet on reservation. The balance is due 10 weeks before the departure date.

Payment Details

We accept payment of balances by bank transfer without any charges. We regret we are unable to accept cheques. No surcharges for using credit cards and we do not accept American Express

Cleaning Details

A daily and weekly cleaning service is provided by your live-in chalets hosts

Linen Details

Bed linen and towels are included - towels are changed mid-week or on request to your chalet host.
