The chalet apartment was completed in January 03 and benefits from having new furniture and equipment, the standard of which one would expect of a four star hotel. You will find new carpets, a combination of traditional wood and tile flooring, smart bathrooms with designer fittings, comfortable sofas, modern kitchen, wide-screen DVD television, CD player, dishwasher and a large south facing balcony.
The living area is open plan, incorporating the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Through the French doors there is a huge balcony with spectacular views of the Mont Blanc. There is also an underground car park space available.
The apartment is situated in Les Pècles - a residential suburb of Chamonix and is a mere 7 minutes walk from the shops, bars and restaurants in Chamonix.
Bathroom - Bathroom has bath and large vanity unit, WC is separate.
Bedroom 1 - This room can be double or twin and has an ensuite shower room with vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 - Can be double or twin, faces Brevent
Lounge/kitchen -This has a spacious combined lounge & dinng area with integral kitchen. Double opening doors onto large terrace.
Available from 5pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. If you are arriving before or departing after this time then we will do our best to arrange storage for your equipment but cannot guarantee it.
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is due immediately upon reservation or 100% if the reservation is made less than 8 weeks before arrival date.
