It is two doors down from La Refuge restaurant, right in the centre of town. It is less than a minute to walk to the brand new escalator that takes you onto the ski slope by the Tourist Office. From here, it is a very short ski to La Chaudanne, the main lift area of Méribel, with access to all three valleys. In the evenings, entertainment is virtually on your doorstep, with all of Méribel’s shops, restaurants and bars within a short stroll.

If you stay at Chalet Snowbel, we can offer you 8 days' skiing included in the price of a 7 night holiday.  Here's how it works  arrive in Meribel on Saturday morning, and we'll have a room and bathroom available for you by 10am so you can drop your bags, get changed and go out skiing.  Ski all day Saturday, and by the time you return from the slopes, the whole chalet will be cleaned and ready for you, with fresh tea and cakes awaiting you.
On your last Saturday, you need to be out of your bedrooms by 10, but we can keep one room and bathroom for you until 4pm, so you can ski all day, come down the mountain, shower and change so that you're fresh for the journey home.

Chalet Snowbel is only 2 years old. It has three bedrooms, all twins or doubles, with one of the rooms also having a spare sofa bed for use as a family room. It has two balconies and a large terrace where you can watch the sun disappear behind the mountains as you enjoy your après-ski drinks.

You'll have Wi-fi internet access and also a phone line with free calls to the UK, so you can call home and gloat for as long as you like.

What's included in the price

The services of two chalet hosts. We will make you breakfast, lay out tea and cakes for when you get back from skiing, and cook a delicious 4 course meal. We are also happy to prepare you a picnic lunch to take with you on the slopes.

Food - This includes all meals breakfast, tea and dinner, plus a picnic lunch if you would like. It includes all wine and beer at meal times. Spirits are extra, or you can bring your own, and we’ll mix them for you. We cater for vegetarians, food allergies, particular likes or dislikes – just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll come up with a menu plan accordingly.

Our chalet staff have one night off a week, when we can recommend some fantastic local restaurants for you.
