We want to keep our property owners happy and ensure we are all working together to make sure that the season is a successful and profitable one for us all.  Therefore, The Independent Mountain Advertising Scheme offers a number of options to maximise enquiries and secure potential bookings.

Option One – Yearly Advertising PLUS all General Enquiries

Take advantage of our fantastic yearly advertising fee of only 150€ per property + TVA, where you as the property owner receive all enquiries and client details directly!! PLUS, also receive all general enquiries we receive in exchange for a 10% commission fee + TVA on any confirmed general enquiry bookings. TVA is charged at 19.6% on all listings and bookings - a fee that you can reclaim back through your business. If you are not TVA registered then the commission will work out at 12%. All commissions are to be paid in Euros. If you advertise in sterling then the conversion will be taken from www.xe.com on the date on invoicing. Payment can be made by Euro cheque (free of charge) or by credit card which holds a fee of 1.2% of the total commission.

Option Two – Commission Only Option

Advertise your property for FREE and let us deal with the hassle of enquiries and organisation - we take a 10% commission of the full price of the holiday + TVA, with a minimum commission baseline of 100 Euros. TVA is charged at 19.6% on all bookings - a fee that you can reclaim back through your business. If you are not TVA registered then the commission will work out at 12%. How it works

• Once an enquiry comes in to us you will be notified by an automatically generated email informing you that an enquiry has been made, the dates the enquiry is for and the size of the booking. 
• At this point you will need to inform us of your availability and we will then manage the enquiry on your behalf liaising with the potential client and doing all we can to secure the booking for you. 
• Once the booking is confirmed we will then send you the details of the client so you are able to arrange payment directly with them. 
• 6 weeks before the date of the holiday booked we will then invoice you for a 10% commission + TVA of the full price of the holiday, with a minimum commission baseline of 100 Euros.
